The Workforce Development Council (Hanga Aro Rau) is working on an entry-level product for engineering, building, and construction. This is really exciting as it will provide a practical (and easily accessible) pathway for those looking to enter into either trades or engineering when they leave school, are looking to change their career, or even those re-entering the workforce from the Corrections sector.
